Black Rock Trial Lawyers Files Lawsuit on Behalf of Orlando Blanco Pavon Seeking Recovery Under Three Promissory Notes
Tampa, Florida — Black Rock Trial Lawyers announced today that it has filed a civil lawsuit in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, on behalf of Orlando Blanco Pavon against M&M S Cury LLC. The complaint alleges breach of contract arising from three promissory notes entered into in 2024.
According to the lawsuit, Mr. Blanco Pavon and M&M S Cury LLC executed three separate promissory notes, including agreements dated May 11, 2024, May 14, 2024, and November 19, 2024, for amounts of $32,000, $12,000, and $100,000, respectively. The complaint alleges that M&M S Cury LLC failed to comply with payment obligations set forth in the notes.
The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages for the amounts allegedly owed, along with interest as applicable, attorneys’ fees and costs, post-judgment interest, and other relief. The complaint also includes a demand for a jury trial.
“Promissory notes are enforceable contracts, and when payments aren’t made as agreed, our client has the right to seek relief in court,” said Jennifer Jimenez, Esq., counsel for Mr. Blanco Pavon.
